Online for 1500 PO Vacancies:
Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) has issued notification against recruitment of 1500
Probationary Officer (PO) vacancies in Junior Management Grade Scale – I.
Candidates who have taken the Common Written Examination (CWE) for Probationary
Officers/Management Trainees conducted by IBPS in Sept/Nov 2011 and obtained a
valid IBPS CWE-PO/MT-2011 Score Card are only eligible to apply.
IOB Vacancy Details:
Name of Post: Probationary Officer, Junior Management Grade, Scale – I_1500Posts.

Age Limit:
Candidates’ age must be between 21 years to 30 years. Cutoff date for
determining age limit would be 01-07-2011.
Educational Qualification:
Applicants must have completed Graduation from a recognized
university/Institution with minimum 60% Marks.(For Candidates belonging to
SC/ST/PC category minimum 55% Marks), with Computer literacy.
IBPS Score Card Minimum
Weighted Score: For General Category – TWS – Minimum Score
120 and For Reserved Category (SC/ST/OBC/PC) – TWS – Minimum Score 105.
Application Fee Details:
Candidates need to pay application fee of Rs. 200/- in case of General and OBC
candidates and Rs. 50/- in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates. Challan must be
downloaded from the website and payment must be made at any branch of IOB in
cash.
Selection Process:
Initial short listing of candidates will be made on the basis of CWE score and
final selections will be made on the basis of Interview.
How to Apply:
Eligible candidates need to apply only through Online mode from IOB website on
or before 19-04-2012. After submission of application candidates can take a
printout of the system generated on-line application form to be submitted at
the time of the interview. The registration number and password generated
should also be retained for future reference.
