Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued notification against
recruitment of 702 vacancies through Combined Medical Services Examination.

Examination Details:
Name of the post:
1. Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways: 250 vacancies
2. Assistant Medical Officer in Indian Ordnance Factories Health Service: 66 vacancies
3. Junior Scale Posts in Central Health Services: 150 vacancies
4. Medical Officers in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi: 204 vacancies
5. General Duty Medical Officer in New Delhi Municipal Council: 32 vacancies.

Age Limit:Candidates’ age must be below 32 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit
would be 01-01-2012.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should posses M.B.B.S.
Application Fee Details:
Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 100/- either by remitting the money
in any Branch of SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of State Bank of
India/State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/State Bank of Hyderabad/State Bank of
Mysore/State Bank of Patiala/State Bank of Travancore (or) by using Visa/Master
Credit/Debit card. SC/ST/Female/PH candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
Selection Process:
Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written
Test followed by certificates’ verification and Interview.
