Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) will hold Recruitment Rally for male candidates belonging to the border district of Assam, Bihar and Sikkim State to fill up 895 vacancies in the rank of Constable (GD) in SSB, ITPB and BSF. Eligible candidates may attend for recruitment rally from 23-05-2013 to 31-05-2013. Total No of Vacancies: 895
Name of the Post: Constable (GD)
A. Assam State:
1. No of Posts in SSB: 51 Posts
2. No of Posts in BSF: 238 Posts
B. Bihar State: 528 Posts
C. Sikkim State:
1. No of Posts in SSB: 48 Posts
2. No of Posts in ITBP: 30 Posts

Age Limit: Candidate age must be between 18 years to 23 years as on 01-01-2013. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Tests (PST), Written Exam and Medical Examination.
